Jamcracker (News - Alert), an on-demand services delivery company and WebEx, the on-demand collaboration applications and services provider, have announced that they are working together to allow service providers to offer WebEx WebOffice through the Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JSDN). With a powerful database that includes multiple templates and other features like threaded discussions, hosted e-mail, document sharing, group calendaring, task management and access to Web meetings, WebEx WebOffice is designed to help teams improve productivity.

By making WebEx WebOffice available through the hundreds of Jamcracker distributors, we can reach customers at every stage of their business’ lifecycle.”

 

Information technology (IT) service providers will look to resell the WebEx WebOffice to their network of customers by offering WebEx WebOffice on Jamcracker JSDN. Service providers can also bundle other collaborative communications and IT services like GoodLink wireless messaging and McAfee (News - Alert) security, which are available through the JSDN with WebEx WebOffice.
